Privacy policy

This privacy policy describes how Cyberjeck (“Cyberjeck”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use the website https://cyberjeck.io (the “Site”) and the Cyberjeck web application (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you register we collect your name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a salted hash). You may add a phone number, organisation, department and profile image. When you contact us we keep the content of your message.

Content you create

Requirements, conversations, generated documents and files you upload are stored so that the Service can work and so that you can return to your work. We do not use this content to train AI models.

Usage and billing information

We record the number of AI tokens processed for your account (shown to you as credits), the features you use, your plan and your purchases. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Technical information

Our servers log IP addresses, browser type, referring pages and timestamps for security and reliability. The Site uses only cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate and improve the Service, including generating content with AI models on your request.
• To create and secure your account, send account e-mails (confirmation, password reset, notifications) and respond to support requests.
• To meter usage, bill subscriptions and credit packs and prevent abuse.
• To send product updates and offers, which you can opt out of at any time. Administrative e-mails are sent regardless of marketing preferences.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

To generate content, the text you enter and the relevant parts of documents you upload are sent to large language models hosted in Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI Service) under our agreement with Microsoft. Microsoft does not use this data to train its models. Generated output is returned to your account and stored with your request.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: Microsoft Azure (hosting, databases, storage, AI models, e-mail delivery), our payment provider (subscriptions and card payments) and support tooling. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Cyberjeck, our users or others. If Cyberjeck is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction and this policy will continue to apply.

5. How we protect information

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Secrets are kept in a managed key vault, access to production systems is restricted and logged, and passwords are stored as salted hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We keep your account data and content for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account from the profile page, your account, requests and uploaded documents are deleted. Billing records are kept as long as required by law. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

7. Your rights

You can view and update your profile at any time, change your e-mail and password, delete uploaded documents and delete your account from within the Service. You may ask us to access, correct, export or erase personal information we hold about you, or object to its processing, by writing to info@cyberjeck.io. You can opt out of marketing e-mails using the link in each message.

8. Links to other websites

This policy applies only to the Site and the Service. Other websites linked from them have their own privacy policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify registered users by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.
