Terms of use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the website https://cyberjeck.io (the “Site”) and the Cyberjeck web application (the “Service”) provided by Cyberjeck (“Cyberjeck”, “we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site or the Service you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must register with accurate information and confirm your e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@cyberjeck.io if you suspect unauthorised use. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page.
3. Plans, credits and payments
New accounts receive a free allowance of credits. One credit corresponds to ten AI tokens processed for your account. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled; credit packs are one-time purchases. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. You can cancel a plan at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to subscribers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is harmful; transmit malware or interfere with the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems; collect data from the Service by automated means without permission; resell the Service or use it to build a competing product; or use the Service to make automated decisions with legal effects on people without human review.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the requirements, documents and files you provide (“User Content”) and of the output generated for you. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display User Content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. You grant us a perpetual licence to use feedback you send us about the Service.
6. AI-generated output
The Service uses large language models. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose and may be similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it; it does not constitute professional, legal or engineering advice. We do not guarantee that generated code, designs or documents are free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Site, the Service, their design, software, prompts and trademarks are owned by Cyberjeck or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no licence is granted to you.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service for paying customers.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use harms the Service or other users. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account and User Content after a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States. The parties will try to resolve any dispute amicably first; failing that, the competent courts of the State of Montana, United States have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and we will notify registered users of material changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect.
